  2. Shipments Weighing Less Than 3 Tons: Liability is limited to €33 per kilogram, with a maximum cap of €1,000 per package.

  3. Shipments Weighing More Than 3 Tons: Liability is limited to €20 per kilogram.

  4. Declared Value: If the shipper declares a higher value and pays the corresponding additional fees, our liability may extend up to the declared value.

These limits apply to the replacement or reconstruction value of the goods at the time of shipment and do not account for their commercial value or any indirect losses.

Claims Procedure

To ensure efficient handling of claims, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification Deadline:

    • All claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the scheduled delivery date.

    • For visible damages upon receipt, claims must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  2. Required Documentation:

    • Tracking number of the shipment

    • Detailed description of the loss or damage

    • An estimate of the value of the damaged or lost goods

  1. Ad Valorem Insurance:

    • Covers the full declared value of your shipment for an additional fee.

  2. All-Risk Insurance:

    • Provides comprehensive coverage, including cases typically excluded under standard liability terms.
