Shipping Credits:
Get up to 10% off your next shipment for each new client referred.
Credits are cumulative up to a maximum of 50% discount per shipment.
Service Discounts:
Enjoy exclusive discounts on our premium services such as cargo insurance or real-time tracking.
Discounts range from 5% to 15% depending on the number of successful referrals.
Loyalty Points:
Earn 500 points for each successful referral.
Points are redeemable for a variety of logistics services or upgrades.
Priority Access:
Most active referrers benefit from priority access to our customer service and new offers.
Eligibility Conditions
To participate in the referral program:
The referrer must be an active Direct Global Logistics customer, having made at least one shipment in the last 6 months.
The referred customer must not have used our services in the past 12 months.
Affiliated companies or subsidiaries of an existing customer are not eligible as referrals.
Direct Global Logistics employees and their immediate families are not eligible for the program.
Referral Process
Recommendation: The existing customer recommends our services to a potential new client.
Registration: The new client registers using a unique referral code provided by the referrer or by mentioning the referrer’s name during registration.
Validation: Our team verifies the eligibility of the referral.
First Shipment: Once the new client makes their first shipment with a minimum value of €500, the referral is considered successful.
Reward Attribution: The referrer receives their reward within 30 days of the referred client’s first shipment.
Restrictions and Conditions
Rewards cannot be converted to cash.
A maximum of 10 successful referrals per year per customer is allowed.
Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date of attribution.
Direct Global Logistics reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with 30 days’ notice.
Any abuse or attempted fraud will result in immediate exclusion from the program.
Privacy and Data Protection
Participation in the referral program is subject to our data protection policy. Personal information of referrers and referred clients will be processed in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
