• Prices are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and mode of transport.

• Payments are secure and accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or e-wallet.

• Additional fees may apply depending on customs regulations.

Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

• Ensure proper packaging of goods to avoid damage.

• Comply with customs restrictions and provide necessary documentation.

Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we prioritize mediation before any legal action. If mediation fails, the competent court will be that of the headquarters of Direct Global Logistics.
